Statement of Intent
The Statement of Intent (SOI) sets out the Board’s overall intentions and objectives for EIL for the next three financial years. After consultation with the company’s shareholders, the final SOI is approved by the Board.
The 2024/27 SOI will be amended following the DPP4 draft determination announced by the Commerce Commission on 30 May 2024. Please check back for the latest information.
