The directors’ roles include determining policy, preparing a Statement of Intent, Business Plan and Asset Management Plan, monitoring PowerNet’s performance, reporting to the shareholder (Invercargill City Holdings Limited), publishing an Annual Report and ensuring PowerNet complies with relevant legislation.
